Connecting great investors to great lenders

Eldium was created to connect great investors to great lenders.  Having been through the journey on both sides, we have realised that the need for some to reshape the lending and investing into it, within Australia.

We set up Eldium & the Eldium Income Fund to power that mission.

The fund was created to give investors like us access to stable, high-quality returns from private credit - built on the same conservative lending philosophies & principles that guide all of Eldium’s work.

The first principle is the one we ask ourselves straight away - “would we invest our own money in this?"

For that reason, we focus on funding lenders who operate disciplined, well-structured portfolios. Every facility we back is assessed with the same rigorous approach we apply to investing our own capital. So that alignment is enduring: Eldium invests alongside our investors, and our own money is at risk first.

The Fund a current target rate of 8.5%p.a, distributed monthly. To protect capital, we maintain a minimum ongoing protection level of 10%, so there is a buffer to safeguard against adverse events.

This is not a marketing headline - it is a structural feature of how we manage the Fund.

Investors also have flexibility.

There is no minimum investment period, and redemptions are processed monthly, giving you access to your capital if your circumstances change.

Units are issued at the end of each month, which means timing matters: if you apply now, you can start earning the target return from 1st day of the next month.

We are seeing strong deal flow. Some opportunities are excellent - lenders with good underwriting, proven collections, and steady growth. Others look good at first glance but don’t meet our standards, and we decline them. Next week, we’ll share an update on recent deals, including both the ones we funded and the ones we passed on, and why.
