Capital to wholesale lending businesses (also known as “warehouse lending”); and
Access to the Eldium Income Fund or other Funds that Eldium may have, for eligible wholesale, sophisticated or institutional investors.

By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use this Site.

2. Jurisdiction & Eligibility

This Site and all content are intended for use by:

Lending or credit businesses seeking information about Eldium’s warehouse lending services, and
Wholesale investors, as defined under section 761G of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), who are interested in accessing information about the Eldium Income Fund or other investment opportunities.

This Site is not intended for retail clients. Nothing on this Site constitutes a public offer of any financial product or service.

By accessing this Site, you represent and warrant that you are either:

An authorised representative of a lending or credit business, or
A person or entity that qualifies as a wholesale client, based on asset, income, or professional investor criteria under the Corporations Act.

6. Warehouse Lending Activities

Eldium provides credit facilities to select non-bank and specialty finance lenders.
All lending decisions are made at Eldium’s sole discretion and may be subject to credit checks, legal due diligence, and funding availability.

No representation is made that funding will be provided on request.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, and materials on this Site are owned or licensed by Eldium. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
