Discipline by structure
The committee structure, the risk framework, the regulatory position. All of it, on one page.
Independent
oversight
The Fund operates with full separation of duties. An independent corporate trustee holds the AFSL and issues units. The fund administrator and auditor sit independently again.
The Trustee holds the Australian Financial Services Licence under which the Fund is offered. They are responsible for issuing units, holding the Fund's assets, and overseeing compliance with the Trust Deed.
Their independence is structural. The Trustee is not owned, controlled or remunerated by Eldium beyond the standard trustee fee disclosed in the Information Memorandum.
Commencing FY2026, the Fund will be independently audited.
This separation, Manager, Trustee, Administrator, Auditor, is the architecture that protects investor capital from any single party.

Live monitoring,
every facility
Eldium operates its own asset-backed lending operating system. Every facility we extend is monitored through proprietary credit scoring, direct connections to originator systems, and a live facility dashboard.
Where every
dollar flows
The Fund earns from two sources: the spread on facilities it extends, and fees borrowers pay. The Investment Manager is paid a flat fee. There is no performance fee.

All borrower-paid fees flow to the Fund (not to the Manager) and contribute to portfolio income. The Investment Manager may have conflicts of interest in managing the portfolio of the Fund because the Fund may invest in or provide capital to companies that are partly or wholly-owned directly or indirectly by associates or related parties of the Investment Manager.
